Why Coral Calcium?
Over 100 degenerative diseases including Heart disease, Diabetes, Arthritis, and Cancer
have been linked to low pH (acidic body fluids) from a lack of minerals. With age, the
bodys pH state shifts to acidic as more calcium and minerals leave our bodies than
are ingested. When the bodys pH is acidic, there is a lack of oxygen in the cells
which leads to disease and accelerated aging. The bodys pH can be raised through the
consumption of large quantities of fruits and vegetables and by supplementation with
calcium and minerals from Coral. Coral is ideal for raising body pH because it contains

Why Above Ocean Coral Calcium is better than Marine Coral Calcium.
Coral calcium is harvested from one of two sources: below sea "Marine Coral"
which is dredged or vacuumed from the ocean bottom or fossilized "Above Ocean
Coral".
Marine Coral is exhumed through a vacuum or dredging process, bringing hundreds of tons
of sand, coral, marine flora and fauna onto the ship deck. This mixture of sand and coral
is commonly used for the manufacture of concrete. In addition, as shown in the picture,
Marine Coral excavation operations create enormous amounts of silt deposits on possibly
adjacent live coral reefs, potentially killing them... an environmental disaster!
It should also be mentioned that due to the world's industrialized state, pollutants
such as lead and petroleum constituents are found on the ocean's bottom, in addition to
which live organisms are also found in Marine Coral. To eliminate such contaminants,
Marine Coral is heated to a temperature of 1000 degrees F to kill pathogens and remove
pollutants. This process transforms the marine coral calcium from the naturally occurring
aragonite form (Biogenicas Coral Calcium) to the calcite form, which is
approximately 14% less absorbable that the aragonite form. According to Professor Yoshino
Yamauchi of the Aragonite Institute of Japan, "The ionization process of the
aragonite fossil Coral is 6 times greater than that of calcite. Fossil coral calcium is
also much greater in electrical conductivity...it is capable of entering into an immediate
chemical reaction whenever it is required by the body.
